The cost of all of our pool designs is included in the overall cost to build and install a pool in your garden, whether it’s concrete or fibreglass. We undertake an initial site inspection at your home to get the best understanding of what you want and what your space can accommodate before giving you our pool design ideas and recommendations.
A well-integrated, modern pool design can definitely add value to your home. Many families will specifically look for a home with a pool when buying a new home, so if your pool area is modern, well landscaped, compliant and complementary to your home and garden, it may well add value.
If you’re building a pool specifically to add value however, the initial cost plus the ongoing maintenance can be substantial.
Every new pool in NSW must be approved for construction with either a DA (Development Application) or CD (Complying Development) and they must be approved by a Licensed Certifier. All plans and documentation completed by us will be submitted for approval.
A pool is a great addition to any home but there are things to consider before building.
In NSW we benefit from a warm climate which means we can swim in a heated outdoor pool for most of the year. If you want to reduce your heating bills you may wish to consider alternative methods of heating, such as solar, or turning the heat off in the winter months.
Think about whether you and your family would get a lot of use from the pool and also factor in the ongoing maintenance costs.
